Administrate is a training operations platform that serves as a cloud-based, configurable learning tech infrastructure solution for enterprise training teams.
As Creative Director, I collaborate with teammembers across the company to further develop Administrate’s brand. Working with our Marketing Team, I also leverage my past experience as a front-end web developer and user experience designer to improve how customers and potential customers interact with our brand through digital channels.
At Administrate, recent accomplishments have included:
- Led and executed in-house redesign of company logo, visual identity, and brand architecture strategy. Engaged Senior Leadership Team in workshops to clarify our brand personality and coordinated execution across all functions of the business.
- Art direct and design landing pages, trade shows, paid ads, social media, and email marketing.
- Lead and execute design for the user experience and visual design of marketing website and landing pages.
- Manage globally located full-time employees and independent contractors, ranging from junior to mid-level specialists in Web Production, Web Development, Design, Video Production, and Social Media.
